Decided to give this company a chance. After miscalculated shipping charges and a extended wait time any prospective customers are better off ordering from Oregon fruit purées from the states for any commercial brewing needs.
Being a small businesses we understand there are things that can be out of your control with shipping logistics, however when you pay hundreds of extra dollars for 1-2 day express shipping, and its now been 2 weeks without any product you think they would at minimum refund your shipping costs and show some sort of concern for the situation, yet here we are with no product still and all we get told is they aren't the ones to make a decision, and we need to wait.
