Bad person, he's not voluntary, he's disrespect, customer
We are very disappointed with the service we received. After waiting for three days to get the letter we asked Asegid to write, the letter is not written as requested. He neither fixed the letter nor was willing to refund the unreasonable fees he charged us. He charged me $ 650 for pease off paper.
I had very good experience in this office and my case was handled professionally in every aspect.I really appreciate your service !!!
