The builder lists 3 townhouses in Southport. There is a current claim against this builder in court. The project was late, there were constant issues, timelines were given to complete that were unrealistic. There were issues with a fire issues that were resolved but works carried out without first getting the private certifier approval. The builder kept mentioning he had financial issues. I recently built a house with Aseeos Home, and they are really fast and strong house builders. It took me 4 months to get building approval and another 6 months to build with a steel frame. I love my house, and they are very responsible and respond promptly if you have any issues, even with small problems. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to build a house.
