My 3rd visit, I have changed my Insurance. They call me 1 hour ahead of my appointment time. They say I need a referral. My new insurance says I do Not need one. Called my Insurance company, they reiterated that I do Not need referral. Insurance lady would Not listen or call them. She would come out from behind her wall come talk to me. They said I would not be able to see Dr for my appointment. Left called another Poditrist, 5 minutes later told I do Not need referral. Front Office staff needs Customer service training. Couple different things. First I have insurance specifically customized where I don't pay co-pays upfront. It even says on the card. they are under contract to bill the insurance company first then me after. They threatened to refuse service if I did not pay $75 upfront. Then Doc. Saini after coming in with a bad toe infection, put me on the wrong antibiotic which caused my kidneys stage 4 Acute Kidney Injury. After coming back in for a follow up where again they would not see me unless I paid another $75 co-pay he immediate... read more
Excellent experience (if surgery can be a positive experience.) everything explained well. Dr Saini took time to explain and answer questions.
Dr Aseem helped my mother with her foot injury when the hospital turned her away. He was kind and helpful, same as the front desk staff. My mother was at risk of losing her foot due to her diabetes. He saved her from that. Our family is forever grateful.
