Thia is probably the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.They are grossly inefficient,totally unprofessional show no empathy and grossly overcharge.Do not do business with them

1 star.. at least we ended up receiving our shipment in the end but it was completely disappointing from start to finish. Requested a freight quote which came in quite cheap, they advised they could meet our delivery requests, so we decided to proceed with them. We then received additional invoiced costs for our shipment, which would have been nice to know at the beginning. Morning of the delivery, we were told we were going to be charged additional fees, we wanted to cancel but our goods had been picked up by their trucker.... read more

AVOID!!! Where previous companies have sent one consolidated invoice this company sends multiple so you are unclear how much you are going to pay and the invoices keep coming. To top this off our precious cargo (fabric) arrived in a truck that had the roof ripped off (I wish I was joking but see photo for reference) and the packages were wet. The company did not care.

I have had multiple dealings with this company over the past few years and only good experiences. I have also recommended to other companies and freight forwarders to utilize.
