This is not a good doctor. He saw my mother for a while and when she became less independent, I started going to her appointments with her. I'll mention two situations where I questioned his competence: 1. my mother had an uti and he asked my mother "remind me what is the antibiotic that works with you..." , I am not a doctor but the proper medication for an uti is based on lab results - not what my mother remembers. 2. the worst and why we changed doctors. Very disappointed by this doctor, claims to be a care provider but when he hits a neighbors car that he then does not want to pay for it makes you question his general credibility….
My experience here was extremely disappointing, Dr.Sepulveda was offhanded and seemed as if he had little to no concern for my worries. I appreciate a doctor who is able to offer empathy for his patients. Safe to say I am on the phone with my insurance plan finding a new doctor.
