Service is so much better than our previous collection service.
The guy came today dec. 29 had trouble apparently put recycles in truck cussing the whole time . Flung the bin toward the yard left half my recycles on the road. I went and picked it all back up. He left recycles on the road all the way down the road. I don’t need to pick up recycles twice he was totally out of line. Wheatland Estates
We have really loved how, without asking, our neighborhood "garbage man" consistently brings our cans/recycling bins back to our garage entry door knowing my wife is pregnant and we live on a windy road where they would otherwise end up on the road or alley drive blocking the way for pedestrians and drivers, I sure hope this continues!
Not happy that this is the garbage service we have to have in Rochester. A lot of rules just to collect garbage. We end up taking most of our stuff to the dump these days
Ok so at first I was very unhappy with my experience but the owner rectified the situation and I couldn’t be happier! Very good service indeed…definitely approve
