I have had a very positive experience with Dr Eisenmajer. I was a little apprehensive about getting my assessment here due to the negative review, but I still went ahead with it as it was the most accessible. What I found was that Dr Eisenmajer was very knowledgeable and could relate me really well. I actually had a great time during my assessment and even had a few laughs. I am very disappointed with the service, there is no communication between their professional and parents of ASD kid, no follow up, completely waste of my time and money. I do not recommend this company at all!
As part of the diagnosis process, you would expect a Doctor to leave no stone unturned to gain a full picture of a child's background. To have only spoken to one person to understand the child and not consult with people like school teachers and other people who have extensive contact and experience with the child is unfathomable. This resulted in a report that was skewed, outdated and in some cases factually incorrect. Feel that I need to counter Matthew with regard to Geoff Martin. He wasn't able to see the extent of my disability, thanks in part to me being a 40+, highly intelligent woman, but he did see and diagnose my Autism for me around 2017-2018. I had previously been advised by a different phychologist and a psychiatrist that I didn't meet the criteria for Autism and don't bother getting tested.
