It's a pleasant place to live,and the employee and staff are very nice to talk to. They are eager to help out in your needs.
Horrible maintenance staff, will raise your rent every year. Office staff doesn't know how to get anything done. Will over charge you and keep your deposit once you move out. Sewage water backed up in the kitchen sink and, more than once, spilled onto the floor. This place is a joke. Only move here if you like getting sick while in your home. So glad to be out!
This place is horrible. Only move here if you like sewer water leaking from your drain in the kitchen. The maintenance staff is a joke! The office is no help regarding any of this maxxproperties has no clue how to run an apartment complex!!!! Glad my fiance is out of that place as it was literally making her sick. NEVER MOVE HERE.
