We had our wedding here last week and it was a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. The entire staff there is amazing to work with, especially Praveen, he's very organized, quick to respond, and helps ease the stress of planning a wedding. Very unprofessional experience with the hall manager We came here to set up wedding decor. The hall is on the 2nd floor, so naturally, we used the service elevator to move our heavy equipment. Unfortunately, after a few hours, the North Indian manager turned off the elevator and blamed us for breaking it — which wasn’t true. As vendors, it’s already challenging work, and being forced to use the stairs with heavy items was incredibly difficult and unfair.
