The staff and service were very good
We celebrated our daughter’s first birthday party at Ascott Parc, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The banquet hall was breathtaking, and the Under the Sea theme setup was truly magical. Every detail was perfectly executed — from the stunning balloon decorations to the kids’ table setup and snack section, which were a huge hit and brought so much joy to the children. Had a fantastic time on New Year's Eve. The staff was so kind, pleasant and helpful. The entertainment for the night was great. Belly dancer, robot, DJ/MC. overall. 10/10 - my entire table had such a fun time. We're going to go back next year for sure!
New Year’s Eve 2026, on Dec 31/25 Venue was beautifully setup, elegant atmosphere and food was amazing with many different options. First entertainment- solo singer crooning was the best act all evening. The belly dancer and robot added different elements of entertainment. I found the wait staff to be frantically working and somewhat uncoordinated efforts. My date and I chose Ascott Parc to bring in the New Year 2025 2026. The 5* rating reflects the facility the 1* rating reflects the event. When we arrived at Ascott Parc we were pleasantly surprised to find they had underground parking with security. Inside there was a large beautifully decorated Christmas tree and New Years eve display for taking pictures.
