The base of our swivel chair fractured. Needed a welding job done on it. Could not do it myself. Took it to Ascot Welding. Great service. Not only repaired it but also strengthened it. A small job for them but big & critical for me. Saved the chair. Thank you Ascot Welding. So good.
Took in some steel to be altered it wasn’t a big job but important to me. After a couple of days I went back to check I gave them the correct measurements the guy I gave it too was having morning smoko so I said hi. He replied the boss isn’t doing the job it’s too small. Without even getting up he said it’s in the office so I had to go find it and get it back. No sorry no phone call although they had it to say sorry nothing very rude. Have had an electrical business for over 35 years would never do that to anyone. Craig.
Great company with great friendly atmosphere Had to find welder a few weeks ago and have extra ring put on jockey wheel for caravan. No probs, done straight away and only $20 to boot! Also so refreshing to speak straight away after ringing them. No transfers, no wait on holds, just friendly Matt to look after you. Everywhere else either wouldn’t do it or “ you will have to wait a week” or others wanted at least $50 to do it!!! Highly recommend
These Guys are fantastic. Matt was very helpful and had great idea's and advice. Their service was quick and very affordable.
