Doctor Mercedes was very helpful and extremely thorough. She took the time to let us know what was going on and we didn't feel rushed at all.

Penny had a few tumours, including an extra large one in her groin and a malignant one in her armpit. On top of that was a concurrent discovery of diabetes. Dr Peta and Dr Charlie (and honourable mention to receptionists) saved our girl’s life. They made the journey least stressful as possible considering how many things were going wrong. Two surgeries both healed well. Got on top of her diabetes very quickly. Today Penny is blind but she’s the happiest, most energetic she’s ever been
