David was very thorough, and very professional and personable. The 2 receptionists were professional but not personable at all.
After two tries, they were unable to get my prescription right. I ended up going elsewhere and they got my prescription right first time! I'm in the process of getting my money back.
First time at Ascot Optical and it was fantastic! David was the absolute best! He was kind, funny but mostly he listened so I walked out looking forward to my next visit. I already had an eye condition but David made me feel like it wasn't going to be an issue under his care. I fully recommend going to Ascot Optical and ask for David.
Les employées étaient très serviable et à l’écoute
