First thing, I love our new home. There were a couple of hiccups though which is why I didn't give it a 5. I was told that we could rent a storage unit but at the last minute (2 days before moving in) I was told that they made a mistake and those living in Ascot Landing were not able to rent one in St. Andrews. (I had been told several times that I could). They also never told me that I would have to go to the post office in Ogletown to submit paperwork for a key to my mailbox at a cost of $27. Reybold maintenance did a good job and left no mess. Overall, while there's no such thing as perfect, the maintenance team here rates in the top when compared with other communities in which my family has rented.
Better the second go around.
