Great family atmosphere. A very quiet area to live in Delaware. No issues with the great support given to my home. Great working environment with the team oriented staff that works well together. I’m pleased with support given to the Jones family.

I had a very frustrating experience. The staff were consistently unhelpful and gave misleading information throughout the move-out process. When I handed over the keys, I was told I had a zero balance. Later, I was suddenly charged for an extra 23 days, which was completely unexpected. I first called on August 28 to ask about the notice period and was told I needed to call 60 days before leaving, as I was renewing a month-to-month lease. My washer stoped working and they were out the next day. They didn’t have the part to fix it so it was replaced. I was happy to be able to do laundry again quickly.
Excellent community for retirees, and excellent working staff very friendly neighbors and beautiful landscaping, many amenities offered specifically food trucks and scavenger hunts and so on
