Excellent community for retirees, and excellent working staff very friendly neighbors and beautiful landscaping, many amenities offered specifically food trucks and scavenger hunts and so on

From the moment I moved in until I left, every aspect exceeded my expectations. Outstanding Property Management Terri, our property manager, was absolutely exceptional. They were incredibly attentive and always quick to respond to any question or concern I had while living there. Moving here was the worst mistake me and my family could have ever made. The rise in crime in our neighborhood has made living here quite difficult. Poor management; solution is to break the lease, but gave limited time to find new residence. Which forces us to stay. My family and I have had enough; we have many reasons for our dissatisfaction. I would not recommend Ascot Landing to anyone. UNLESS you want packages stolen, constant harrassment and Ignorant behavior from neighbors. No real safety measures, rude management tea... read more
