Had a wonderful experience working with Paul at ascot diamonds in Arlington! He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared his knowledge in an approachable way. He was not pushy at all and did not try to upsell. I truly felt he wanted what was best for myself and my fiancé. Finally, throughout the ring design process be was very responsive via email, was willing to create several mock ups of different settings with my ideal diamond, and delivered a final product that we absolutely love.
