Although the one who I met was nice and apologetic, it didn't change the fact I was treated unfairly. I made an appointment for 10 am. and was treated like a walk-in. I did inform the receptionist about my appointment, but that made no difference. Everyone that came in after me got seen first. I was left in waiting alone for 20 minutes. If I hadn't said something to a young lady passing by, who knows how I would of been sitting there.
Ascot has been a revelation as a home-town place to get great jewelry combined with great service. Becky is highly recommended as she listens to what you are thinking about, and curated the selections for us to review. Matt's knowledge and then their team in Atlanta has turned things around for us to make some wonderful memories. I highly recommend Ascot - if you are looking for jewelry in the area, go see them.
