We have had a terrible experience with this dentist. Both the fillings my daughter had, have fallen out. The dentist made my daughter cry also, for making her feel she wasn't looking after her teeth properly. She was already a nervous patient and now absolutely hates the dentist. I was charged £150 for needing to cancel an appointment. They had a very hostile attitude to the payment. So much so, we will never return.

Charged £100 for apparently missing an Xray appointment 10 months ago which I did not need in the first place! I have several issues with this- Firstly the dentist wanted me to have an Xray that I did not need. Had there been a problem to warrant an Xray,10 months down the line today, having not had the Xray,I would be suffering won’t I? The reality is my gums & teeth are better than ever! Which begs the question why did the dentist insist that I needed an Xray? The only answer I can come up this is to extract more money out... read more

The dentist I saw was very arrogant, I'm quite a nervous patient and it didn't help that he had a bad attitude. I was supposed to come back for another clean but because of him I never went back there. I also asked what kind of toothbrush he would recommend, and he said it doesn't matter - the way you brush is all that matters. Complete bull.

I have to saw my experience with Ascot Dental has been 5* and perfect, contrary to the previous reviewer David took so much care and attention for the first time I thought I found a dentist that was gentle, sensitive and understanding. The reception staff were also extremely welcoming. I have undergone checkups, an extraction, a filling and 2 x hygiene appointments since becoming a patient. Highly Recommended.
