I wouldn’t recommend this company. I had my small apartment bathroom renovated through Ascot Bathroomware. I was initially advised that the project would take approximately three weeks; however, it ultimately took six months to complete. After more than two months, when I was finally able to move back into the apartment, I discovered that the green sink I had selected had been replaced with a small white basin—without any prior discussion or approval. We cant thank James enough for giving us such great support in the design of our new bathroom. We purchased a very heavy concrete bath that required 4 of us to carry it into position. James was so concerned about everything running smoothly that he joined the delivery team who did an amazing job of getting the bath in place without causing any damage!
Not a good look to tailgate and weave in and out of heavy traffic in the work van on Eastlink! Do better.

James was excellent in selecting and creating a total package from finishes and products.
