Marijana was the lady I went through with Ascot Bathroomware. She was amazing and very professional. However , I am extremely unhappy with Avia Bathroom Ware, the suppliers that the vanity unit was being ordered through by Marijana and it took them OVER 2 MONTHS to deliver and subsequently delayed the completion of the bathroom renovations. Marijana provided me with Avia's contact person, Jason, who didn't care to bother calling me back. I got a discount with Ascot Bathrooms with thanks, but nothing from Avia!!!! We needed to buy 2 new bathroom sinks. The range of sinks in the showroom was impressive. Marijana's service was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We ended up swapping 2 because of size and all was completed in a very good way. Totally recommended.
Very friendly helpful staff. All tradesmen were very friendly punctual courteous and clean. Never left any mess. Staff were in contact throughout the process and made sure we were happy with everything.
James at Ascot Bathroomware is absolutely fantastic. Not only does he offer great quality products at great prices, but he genuinely goes the extra mile for his customers. He recently helped me navigate a very stressful situation and was instrumental in getting my money back. Couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommend — this is the kind of service that is rare to find. Will be coming back for all my bathroom needs!
