Am super impressed with the service I received for an infection on my face. Was seen immediately by a nurse and 5 mins later a doctor. Doctor James Dryden was fantastic he gave me antibiotics and made it clear I was to head to A&E should infection start spreading. Thanks to his advice I think I dodged a huge bullet. After 4 days in hospital and iv antibiotics the infection started to heal. I have fully recovered no scars. Thanks team White Cross Ascot for the excellent service.

Not happy with services. Only one doctor and hundreds of patients. I brought my 2 years old son at 9pm and left at 2am Much better to go to Auckland Hospital instead.

The English male doctor that was working on a Thursday night has no empathy. Brought my 70 year old mother in who had a fall outside and bumped her head. He asked about symptoms. She didn't have any except for the bump then he proceeded to ask why she came in. When I asked a question he seemed to get even more frustrated and asked if I heard what he had been saying. Man my apologies, I was already stressed with the fall and then bringing her in waiting for 3 hours to see a doctor who treated us as nothings. Just a tip for th... read more

This is my second time after an accident at Ascot, both times had a good experience with no much wait, X-rays on site, good doctors and kind attention. Thank you!
