I went to White Cross Ascot with tightness in my chest and was seen quite quickly by Dr Lucien. Absolutely lovely, caring medical professional who listened and organised blood tests, an ECG. These were done by RN Faye who was also gentle and advised me that one test could be done at the clinic in 15 minutes and I would then talk to the doctor. Really great experience coming here. The staff are really nice and friendly, and really care. They answer questions well, respect you, and know their stuff. I came in on weekday mornings and the wait time was minimal.

You seriously need to fire the receptionist, zero sense of urgency and extremely rude to everyone. If you have an emergency, do not waste your time here. Go straight to Auckland Public Hospital.

Just went for my bay’s temperature. The thermometer there was not accurate. I took my baby’s temperature just before the nurse called me which was 38.4 but the nurse took my child’s temp was 37.3. How come? So I went to Chemist wharehouse to buy a Braun digital thermometer and proved the white cross was wrong.
