Absolutely frustrating A&E. Got there before 9am today, eventually saw doc at around 12 and was told to go for URGENT blood tests for Possible DVT. Results in 4 hours they said. Well it’s now 9.10pm and still no calls from Dr. We have called 3 times an hour apart and told Dr/nurse will call. NOTHING! The rudeness/attitude of the Receptionist is disgusting. Worst experience ever. First of all not to be rude but the OLD lady receptionist was extremely freaking rude, I don’t think she should be working here, patients are already worried and her attitude, the way she talks, all of it was unacceptable. You took 280 dollars + $55 for an ECG ??? The nurse was ok didn’t smile. But the wait ??? It was more than 4 hours and we were told that 2 doctors were present but saw only one working! Super frustrating experience. The nurse was super lovely and listened actively to my concerns (that’s the only reason for 2 stars). The Dr however spoke down to me and didn’t take any of my concerns seriously or acknowledge them. I felt Dr. Lilys bedside manner to be abrasive and quite disruptive. I walked out of the clinic in tears due to not feeling heard despite multiple efforts to advocate for myself. Extremely disappointed with the long hours of wait.last nite was like 4 hours of wait and there was only one doctor one rude nurse . Can you guys do something especially wen we get sick babies or toddlers and we get help not just sit there and get more sick . Feel sorry for ppl waiting there from ages .and especially babies
