Pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly reception from the team at Ascot. From the reception, to the triage nurse,to the Xray technician, to the GP on duty and to the nurse who put my hand in plaster. The experience was quite surreal. Thank you to the team at White Cross Ascot for making me feel comfortable and respected. You have my heart .

Long wait time, poor organisation, unprofessional staff, careless specialists and overall shockingly low standard of service. No "urgency" and dangerously low level of "care".. but they are 24/7.... except x-ray etc closes from 4pm??

Here’s another poor review for Dr. Lily. Incompetent medical care from Dr Lily during my visit with my 8-month-old daughter, who had a minor burn. At the time of assessment, my daughter was not crying or showing signs of significant distress from the burn itself. However, she later became distressed due to hunger, tiredness, and discomfort caused by the prolonged waiting time.
