Every time I need a part they never have it. Still waiting on call back from sales department and been over a week. Would give less stars but can't go below one.
Pete is always a joy to work with. He helps in every way possible to get us up and running.
ASCO always helps us get what we need quickly. Their customer service is the best and Shelton is a big help in finding what we need. I’ll definitely keep using ASCO and call Shelton next time and every time I need equipment for our jobs.
This dealership was the only one who cared enough to answer my calls and answer questions on a couple issues I had with a Case wheel loader. Specifically Noel, he would respond to texts, calls and emails which is rare these days. They also had a part in stock that no-one else had. Thank you for helping get my loader back up and running!
