Im rating this a one, because there is no option to rate a zero. This is not a healthy environment. The receptionist does not provide any type of assistance, especially with time management. She also shows no regard for her scheduling errors. The lack of empathy and compassion in this clinic is disturbing and not healthy. If you’re ok with being overlooked, dismissed and treated like you don’t matter then this is the clinic for you.
