My husband and I have been working with Jordan on a kitchen island over the past year. The piece he initially made had problems and he agreed to remake it. He sent pictures of the progress for the redo which made me relieved that it’s going to be completed, so I am holding onto hope that I will get it as promised within the next week. Stay tuned. It’s tough to find good honest work out there!
Worst experience ever. He never completed the work. He gladly cashed our checks and left us with flawed and incomplete closets. I WOULD AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. He lies and makes false commitments he has no intention of living with. Attorney is on the job now.
Just had an opportunity to call and have a conversation with Tony (previous 1 star reviewer) who has shared the same experience I am currently going through. We feel the word needs to get out about Jordan because many others have been deceived by his business practices. He owes many people money, unfinished work. I would strongly suggest contacting an attorney. Many others need to come forward and share their negative experiences! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! Paid upfront. Received the cabinet with no door. Told him I had a timeline and he promised it would be done considering I paid him extra to expedite the process. He had his excuses leading up through the end of the year. Reached back out multiple times, but kept getting the run around. He is actually trying to blame me for it not being done.
