Bad bad bad !!!!!! run screaming !!! he missed the gutters are hung too high on a villa we were buying and a building Expert has reported that all the walls and ceilings are filling with water and have been since it was built 25 years ago! He DID NOT pick it up and now our villa is uninhabitable.!! He refused to give his professional indemnity insurer !! And legally he must disclose this we will be reporting him to fair trading
