DO NOT GO HERE. A year ago I saw Dr. Rose. I complained of facial nerve pain and numbness, ear pain, headache, and ear flutter. I had a hearing test, was quickly looked over and discarded after being told it’s probably a toothache. I was referred by Urgent care this year but they refused to schedule the appt. When I inquired why they mentioned an $54 balance from two years ago that was sent to collections. I had no clue about this balance. I asked if they were refusing to schedule care because of $54… the answer was yes because it was in collections. A collection kept them from seeing me. Im letting this sink in. This is not healthcare.

Christopher Rose spent under 3 minutes with me. Did not ask questions or even pretend to listen or look at me when I was talking. Did a less thorough exam than my GP and then said I could get a CT scan to look at my sinus cavities and left. I have had numerous anaphylactic reactions and cardiac issues and felt like he just ignored my concerns and dismissed me. After the visit I received an invoice and I believe they used an incorrect billing code. I tried calling several times and no one called back.

Amazing!! I had sudden hearing loss. If this happens to you, DO NOT WAIT!! The sooner you see your ENT, the better. Dr. Rose did his magic and BOOM! I got just about all my hearing back! My audiologist, Kelly Spiller was so happy with the result!! I am, too!!
