Good luck getting anybody on the phone here, it's locked down tighter than Fort Knox. Only way I could communicate is by text and they were zero help. This was concerning a procedure I was supposed to have done so kind of important.
We've had a great experience with Ascentist ENT specialty! Everyone we've come into contact with has been kind, knowledgeable, professional, and has followed through with everything they said they would. The physician, Dr.Ursick, his team of nurses, anesthesia, NPs, and support staff are a well oiled machine. Special shout out to nurse Dani, the ear tubes nurse navigator, for being so pleasant and incredible at her job.
My youngest son recently had a tonsillectomy performed by Dr. Showmaker at Ascentist, and my wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care he received. I had surgery for a small deviated septum so that I can breathe through my nose. Still cannot breathe the my nose. Another ENT told me that the surgery was not completed all the way down my nose. Not happy at all.
Cannot get hold of doctors.
