We have worked with this company for almost 10 years. Some payments was delayed but only because the client didn't pay them yet. (It happens). They had a company that filed bankruptcy and Ascential still made sure we got paid. I recommend contacting Miriam in the accounting department about invoicing issues. She's been there for years and she will get it straighten out. Always been able to talk with them and work through any kind of issues that may have arise with clients. We work for many facilities Maintenance Companies as a GC and there is no better company in my opinion than Ascential. I agree with the last review you simply need to reach out to the correct person. I have never had an issue with them as a GC and I have now worked for them for over 10 years.

This company only pays its vendors whatever it wants. They call for service for their customers and then do not pay for the service call. I would not allow them to represent my company. They will burn through the list of vendors until you are left without service because you will get the reputation that you do not pay your bills. What options do you have as a vendor? Small claims court? Corporate bullies.

Working as a GC with them has been an over all good experience. Every company has their operational flaws but a phone call to the right people will fix the problem. I have other facility maintenance companies I work with but this one is the easiest to work with and most involved. I have read complaints about missing payments but to this date we have not had this issue. I would recommend them for their diligence in seeing work through and focus on always taking care of the companies that hire them.
