I chose this company based on good reviews and clearly explained my project (gravel yard and brick wall) to the owner, Jake Innes. Instead of visiting in person, he asked for photos to provide an estimate, which the I found unusual. He said it was easier to look at a picture than in person and many contractors do that. The crew did a good job on the gravel but poor, uneven brickwork, left me very disappointed. Four workers completed the job quickly in about two hours, but the owner, Jake Innes, never showed up.
