Alex and I co-hosted an event at The Village at 1883, and instantly fell in love with the space as soon as we walked in. This was the perfect venue to welcome our guests to join us for an evening of a lovely sound bath, and energy regulation. We would recommend to other wellness practitioners looking to host a group event!
Shawnna’s classes are an amazing and unique experience. I love how I get a great workout while also tending to my nervous system. I especially love how we finish each class with some breath work, which has me leaving every class feeling amazing! Ascent is such a special place, I’m so grateful for it and all they have to offer!
