Highly recommend Francisco, helped me get through a very rough spot in my life.
I have been in aus for 11 years and booked in with many psychologists .To be honest in my experience most of them are rubbish.In June/July I was going through a traumatic time and decided one more time to see if I could find someone decent and came across Francisco.It has been really refreshing to have someone who actually listens ,doesn't jump to generic conclusions and helps. We did couples therapy with Francisco to improve our communication style and his guided sessions led us to discover where our attitudes come from, how we complement each other and to confront emotional experiences repressed for years. This experience has made a real difference in our relationship, because we now understand each other better and have more empathy not only for ourselves but also for the people who matter in our lives.
I have seen Francisco for 10 weeks. He let me feel free to talk about anything at all, and I got lots of things off my chest which had been doing me harm. He also helped with useful thinking strategies, so that I'm not feeling bad and blaming myself all the time. Francisco is a gentle doctor and teacher, and I will remain most grateful.
