After the accident, I went through some emotional struggles, and Dr Francisco has helped me, and continues to help me, so much. I feel supported and truly heard during my therapy sessions. It is rare in life to encounter someone who quietly, and without fanfare, alters the entire course of your thinking. Francisco is that rare sort of psychologist. I had high expectations based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was quite different. As soon as I walked into the office, I was immediately told that I had parked in the wrong area, which felt more like a reprimand than a welcome. I explained that I had parked there because the building manager had directed me, but I was told that it didn’t matter and that I should park outside next time.
