Would not recommend. New receptionist/secretary very rude. Was a patient of Dr Mullers for about a year in 2023/24. Stopped treatment due to outside factors and let the clinic know. A year later I got a new referral to see a specialist and they demanded a cancellation fee now which I was never told about in correspondence emails back in 2024.This is not an issue and I would have paid it. I am appalled by the service at this centre. Dr Muller is extremely judgmental and I felt put down with my ADHD diagnosis. I am not one to write reviews; but I am disgusted. All just a search for money here. Office does not return calls, nor open within hours. I was receiving no follow ups regarding my diagnosis; which I followed up multiple times. No care. Not on.
Great personal care and very professional
Turned me away in desperate need of help and when I tried to talk to someone they hung up the phone on me. Mental health needs help not pushing away and being rude. Disgusting behaviour
