This was my second visit with Lisa and once again it was excellent. My progress was reviewed and I was given some new exercises. After I had done them a number of times Lisa demonstrated them so that I could video them. This gives me a great resource to ensure that I do them properly at home. Thanks Lisa.
Really great experience. Lisa explained everything so well to me. The exercises I did showed me very clearly what the problem with my knee was. I got excellent advice on how to strengthen my knee. I look forward to a follow-up visit.
