Garnett’s assistance has been essential to my recovery. His candor and ability to explain things in a clear, simple way made a world of difference, helping me feel more at ease and in control throughout the process. Thank you for everything you do—but most of all, thank you for being you.
I worked with Garnett a couple of times most recently with a si joint injury. I couldn’t have been happier with the process, being active is very important to me and he has been fantastic in the physical and the mental side of recovering from a longer term Injury and getting me back on my feet. I been working with him on a strength training plan which has been fantastic and informative all around 10/10 service he goes massively above and beyond.
Cindy is so helpful, she exceeded my expectations.
