I got a wonderful car buying experience here last friday. Robert Yang is very friendly and hospitable to us, he knew clearly and was confident about quality of these cars and left us plenty of time to check these cars, (not like some car dealers tend to urge customers to buy ASAP beacuse of the shortcomings could be discovered by carefuliy inspection). In the end, I am happy that I bought this Subaru Levorg from Yang, highly recommended.
We did a trade in and it went amazingly! We visited different places all day but Ascent Motors stood out. Amazing customer service from Robert Yang, he made things so easy. 10/10 recommend getting your car here!
Had such a great experience purchasing our new vehicle from Ascent Motors. Robert was awesome to deal with, liaised with us as out of town buyers and even opened up early on a Saturday so we could complete our trade and head back home to Hawkes Bay. Good communication and great service. Highly recommend.
Excellent experience with Robert at Ascent Motors. He is very welcoming and knowledgeable about his car stock. We got the car we wanted for a reasonable price, can't ask more than that. The car was professionally cleaned and a new service done before collection. Would definitely use them again.
Absolutley love the service i got from Robert our van is beautiful Robert didnt hesitate to answer any queations an was wonderful an easy to deal with, he explained things about the vehicle which really helped and showed me extras which i thought was cool id absolutley recommend robert and i have recommended family and i would go through him again
