Always scared to shop at used dealerships, but after stopping by in person, and seeing the quality of vehicles andy has and the passion he has for the used car market, I was happy to say I left with the car I was looking at!!

Car I bought here had battery issues and then needed an alternator right after I bought it. Used car, whatever I get the game. I could stomach it until Andrew strait up lied about title issues. He said dmv changed the rules and would need to refund my taxes/fees for registration.. He claimed both of us had to re-title in person(not at all true). He messed up and instead of fixing things he just bailed on me. Also he tried to bribe me for a good review. Buyer be ware when buying from ascent motors.

Andy is a great person to buy a car from! He's professional, honest, never hassled or pressured us, and honored his side of things to the 'T'. Furthermore, he went above and beyond what he had to in our transaction, and we couldn't be happier with our vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service. Andy is very knowledgeable, he went out of his way to find me the exact car I wanted. I am very meticulous with my cars. He kept me updated throughout the week, and had all the paperwork done for me. Thank you again
