1 Star I hired this law office to do three things: 1️⃣ File a restraining order, 2️⃣ Have the police reopen an assault case with the video evidence I provided, and 3️⃣ Help me understand what was happening in family court against my abuser. I was told I’d be getting Nikki as my attorney but instead was assigned Steve Visser — who charges $100 more per hour — and I was even billed for the attorney swap that I never approved. I would highly recommend Ascent to anyone going through a divorce, especially the attorney Samantha. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Her paralegal Jackson is also extremely helpful and does a good job keeping everything organized.
