Ryan is very responsive and moves fast with your loan. A major positive for using Ryan is that he will, after you have submitted your offer, call the agent of the seller to let them know of your good standing with his company (the lender), and will also let them know that you are underwritten already, which is a common thing for Ryan to do upfront for you.
