Unable to reach by phone. It is either discontinued or the mailbox is full. Have been waiting months for something I was told would take 2 weeks. I wish I had known I would have used another source.
Like others I've not been able to reach anyone. Voicemail is full, emails not being accepted, No one at the office, no information about what is going on. Hopefully, she is not a covid victim.
