Their hearing aids do not work!! All I can hear is the voices inside my head but not when people talk to me. AWFUL!!!
This place is awful and unprofessional! My first appointment here they gave me hearing aids and upon using them they never worked. I came again for an appointment to get them “fixed” and the manager and front desk assistant gave me attitude. I wanted to ask for their higher-up phone number and they gave me a false phone number for another Sonus location that is closed in Huntington Beach. I told the lady and then she gave me a fax phone number. I am absolutely baffled how this place is still running!
They were fast, courteous a well put together team
Dr. Grijalva makes the process easy and understandable. She is very personable and approachable; she answers all my questions promptly and thoroughly. The support staff is friendly and efficient!
