Went to take my 1 year old son to get checked out at their urgent care clinic. Filled out all the paperwork online prior to his booked appointment. Then I walk in and I’m standing there a good ten minutes before the receptionist would even say anything to me. Then I go sit down and then she calls me back up. She’s asking me all the questions I literally just filled out on the paperwork online. Attempted to take my son there yesterday. Arrived at 4:10pm the lady at the desk was so rude. Rolled her eyes and looked at her watch.....they don't close until 5. I kindly said "I need to have my son seen" She said "Well what kind of insurance does he even have?" I told her and she said "We don't accept that insurance and it's $75" I was so turned off I wouldn't have taken him there if they did take my insurance. Everyone is ready to leave work the last hour but you can't be rude like that. Unacceptable

Story time 🤗 I ended up super sick, losing my voice, super congested, felt absolutely horrible & had been trying to let nature run its course for the past few days prior but i couldn't take it anymore. So Friday (day after thanksgiving), I booked the first appointment available ONLINE which was when they "opened" @ 9am..I got there & they were closed for the holiday weekend!!!! I’ve been to multiple doctors in my area and they all seemed to just brush off what was going on with me. Freddy and Dr. Asghar on the other hand were very personable and cared about my health and situation and took me seriously. They went above and beyond to make me feel like I was their number one priority. They are hands down the best doctors I’ve seen and dealt with.
