Terrific experience. Terrific people. Fortunate to have an optometrist and staff like this in the neighborhood.
Terrible unaccommodating customer service. I struggled to get timely appointments and to get any help in ordering new contacts. They left me stranded without any contact lens in the middle of a holiday week when I was supposed to drive for 4 hours to the mountains. I begged and pleaded and got a hard 'no'. I have never ever seen such horrible, non customer focused service. I called a really great place I found just across the street who were happy to give me a temporary pair of contacts and get me in for an appt on Monday. Y... read more
