I have given ascent dental care a 3 out of 5 stars due to the behaviour some of the dental nurses present towards some of the visitors. I've had great experiences with the dentists and a dental hygienist I have seen so far but some of the dental nurses aren't very welcoming. Firstly, being called by your name and then not getting the bare minimum which is a ''how are you'' or ''you're ok?''. Absolutely amazing dentists! I have extreme fear of the dentists due to issues at a previous practice and I can say today those fears have completely gone away. The care and treatment here is next level. I saw Katherine who is an amazing dentist and made me feel really at ease during a filling and cleaning. I’ll no longer be scared to come back for any treatments I may need in the future and I just want to thank everyone for their amazing treatment and kindness!
Excellent service from my first phone call to meeting the team, I am an extremely nervous patient and they understood and put me at ease but most importantly they didn’t make me feel stupid or uncomfortable which was really reassuring and appreciated. I would definitely recommend to nervous patients like myself
Such a lovely welcoming practice, the team are knowledgable and professional but also offer a very friendly and reassuring approach (because nobody likes the dentist right? )
