We were looking for a Specialized Epic 8 EVO carbon mountain bike in a size S (very hard to find in stock in the US) and Ascent Cycles had just what we were looking for, and on sale to boot! We live in AZ, but they were able to ship it direct to us. The staff I talked with on the phone were super helpful and friendly, and the online ordering system was very easy to navigate. Wish I could give them 6 stars. Came in with my bike chain and derailleur hanger in bad shape. They quickly helped install a new chain and even installed my hanger for me as well. Great place!
Great bike shop with super friendly and understanding staff! I went in not with very little knowledge of what was wrong with my bike, and Kelsey was so helpful in finding the problem and fixing it. Turnaround time for the service was very quick, I can’t recommend enough!
This is a great bike shop with friendly staff and skilled technicians. I purchased a new bike here earlier this year and the person helping me out kindly offered to cut down my carbon seatpost since it was a bit too long. Later on, I went to them for a Di2 drivetrain upgrade and Kelsey did an amazing job! She not only helped me identify the parts I would need, but did the work quickly and well once I had everything ready. And tinkering with bicycles is clearly something she finds fun. I highly recommend this place.
