Ordered a bike online. They withdrew the money but did not send the bike. No communication whatsoever. Horrible experience.
Product arrived with cosmetic damage, got the run around
Zero communication. No emails returned, no tracking number, no phone number. BUT...the item arrived eventually and they offered a discount. I do not expect Amazon like support, but I do expect an email providing the status of an order. I will wait a month for an item without complaining, as long as there is some communication stating that.
Zero communication. No emails returned, no tracking number, no phone number. Roll the dice. Once I disputed the charge on my CC they all of a sudden sent me a tracking number. LAME!
