Fantastic service. I popped a tire on my bike. Ascent cycles was able to repair it that day. They gave me a very honest and fair assessment of my bike and its function. They did not try to upsell unnecessary services. That will make me more likely to use them in the future. I feel like I can trust them to be honest with me. One thing to note: there are just a few tight parking spots in front of the store. Mostly likely you’ll need to find street parking.
We were looking for a Specialized Epic 8 EVO carbon mountain bike in a size S (very hard to find in stock in the US) and Ascent Cycles had just what we were looking for, and on sale to boot! We live in AZ, but they were able to ship it direct to us. The staff I talked with on the phone were super helpful and friendly, and the online ordering system was very easy to navigate. Wish I could give them 6 stars. Came in with my bike chain and derailleur hanger in bad shape. They quickly helped install a new chain and even installed my hanger for me as well. Great place!
