THEY lost my title and have caused months of scrambling to fix this issue. Changed my address and informed them about it and they still screwed it up. I’ve never wrote a review in my life but this is just something else. Don’t work with them and save yourself the hassle.
Ascent credit union serves its members like we’re family! They’ve helped me so much and I was to give them recognition for this! Today I went in to withdraw some cash and Angela at the North Ogden branch genuinely wanted to know how my day was and it felt nice to be asked that in an authentic kind way!

Ascent Credit Union has the best employees and the best management I’ve ever worked with. They are friendly, courteous, and helpful. I’ve banked here for years along with all of my family members. There is no other bank that I would rather place my money and trust in than (Ascent).
