Ascent (Weber State) Credit Union has always been great to work with! I don't know how I feel about them merging with Golden West though. I guess time will tell.
THEY lost my title and have caused months of scrambling to fix this issue. Changed my address and informed them about it and they still screwed it up. I’ve never wrote a review in my life but this is just something else. Don’t work with them and save yourself the hassle.
Ascent credit union serves its members like we’re family! They’ve helped me so much and I was to give them recognition for this! Today I went in to withdraw some cash and Angela at the North Ogden branch genuinely wanted to know how my day was and it felt nice to be asked that in an authentic kind way!
