This is one of the best shops in the area. They do great work and reasonably priced.
Outstanding service -was able to diagnose and clear an error code on our Audi so didn’t have to drive to Denver not knowing whether it was serious or not. Also troubleshot out trailer hitch.
Was headed west through the mountains when my car broke down passing through Avon. Needed to get it back on the road quickly, and although they certainly weren't obligated to, the good folks at Ascent Automotive worked late friday and over the weekend to get my car fixed. Chris in particular was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.
My car was leaking oil and they charged me $2,400 for a repair they knew wouldn't work. After doing the reparations, my car continued to leak oil and when I took it to warranty they told me it was because the car's engine was burning oil. After a lot of research I realized that they knew that the useful life of a Mercedes engine is approximately 150 thousand miles and my car had them, knowing this they decided to do the work and charge me for the repairs.
Very honest! Said I didn't need any repair when big O tires said i need all 4 new struts and a ball joint replaced
