Was headed west through the mountains when my car broke down passing through Avon. Needed to get it back on the road quickly, and although they certainly weren't obligated to, the good folks at Ascent Automotive worked late friday and over the weekend to get my car fixed. Chris in particular was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.
My car was leaking oil and they charged me $2,400 for a repair they knew wouldn't work. After doing the reparations, my car continued to leak oil and when I took it to warranty they told me it was because the car's engine was burning oil. After a lot of research I realized that they knew that the useful life of a Mercedes engine is approximately 150 thousand miles and my car had them, knowing this they decided to do the work and charge me for the repairs.

I recently bought a 1999 Supercharged Miata as a midlife crisis present to myself. I bought it off the internet in California, and it has a very tricked out engine with a Jackson Racing supercharger. Unfortunately, the car wouldn't start, and I couldn't get it to idle. I asked several shops in the valley if they could help, but no one was willing to work on it.
