Excellent, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Check in was easy. The technician that removed my ear wax was great at explaining what she was doing also showing me the blockage on monitor of inner ear. I hear much better now. Thank you.
The Receptionist and all the Dr's were very friendly and helpful. It was a good learning experience for me and I appreciate their patience and concern. Overall a good experience. Thanks to all.
Update: one of the ears quit working wouldn’t connect - charge nothing. Called and was able to get in right away! While they never seen that happen before; we finally got them to work. Again Brittany is amazing and the ability to have these fixed/get in right away. I’ll update to 5 stars. Overall I enjoyed my visits. Post hearing exam made the comment part of the exam was new and was then lectured I’m from mayo we’ve done that for years 🤔🤦♀️ having hearing tests for almost 15 years that was a first.
