Mark was great. Took the time to explain my situation and help with making me feel comfortable about my decisions I will have to make on my new hearing aids. It was a great experience.
Everyone asks why so expensive?! I tell yes they are a little costly but the continued site service when I'm seen is priceless. My aids are cleaned, and tested to ensure they are working properly. Also if I had any issues I could be seen to fix them. ( no issues and it's been over a year) For that reason alone they are worth what I paid. Thanks
Excellent service and knowledge.
Good experience testing went well , although in the future there should be more information about hearing aid and samples of the products which would be more informative to the patient.
Great service. Knowledgeable with years of experience.
