My first experience with Ascent hearing was the second week I arrived in Arizona My hearing aides didn’t work one morning and I was frantic. I was given the recommendation to Ascent hearing by my audiologist in Ca. I was seen by Dr Leslie who was most kind. Somehow when I got my hearing aides out of the charger I had turned them off! I saw Dr. Wester at Surprise office yesterday, July 20th…. That was my first time seeing him, and he was so kind and caring!! He improved my hearing ability so very much and cleaned my hearing aides! He was so patient and very kind. He replaced my rubber caps and that changed everything! Thank you so much to Dr. Wester at Ascent Audiology!
