My hearing evaluation was very informative and provided me with a much better understanding of my hearing deficiencies via the Audiologist and the Starkey Rep who was able to walk me through the details and functionality of the new Omega line. This included setting up the Starkey app on my phone and receiving a few calls. In total I wore the devices for about 30 minutes during which they were fine tuned by the Audiologist to meet my specific needs. Excellent people working there.
Turns out my hearing is fine and I don’t need any intervention or device. But my experience at this company was excellent. They had offered a free evaluation so I figured why not try it. They were extremely professional and courteous. The testing and evaluation was comprehensive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the need.
