Eric was very profile and polite. He explained everything in a way that i could easily understand and hear him.
Having a 92 year old patient using a walker, the office location down a hill made it difficult to get to. No issue with the Audiologist, Eric.

I am 84 years old and Dr. Eric Rivera has been doing an excellent job with my hearing aides. He is patient and takes her time to make you confident to get the most out of these great hearing aides. I would recommend any person needing a hearing aide to come to their office.
