I saw Dr. Reed once, and she was good at fixing my hearing aids (which I'd purchased elsewhere) and explaining to me what she was doing. After that, they stopped working well and I had her send them out to the manufacturer. Within a few months, they weren't working correctly again, so I tried to make an appointment but there weren't any available for at least a week, so I went to another audiologist in the area.
