I saw Dr. Reed once, and she was good at fixing my hearing aids (which I'd purchased elsewhere) and explaining to me what she was doing. After that, they stopped working well and I had her send them out to the manufacturer. Within a few months, they weren't working correctly again, so I tried to make an appointment but there weren't any available for at least a week, so I went to another audiologist in the area. Dr. Reed is excellent!
I am a new client of Dr. Laakso and this is some of the best patient care I've received. I was treated kindly and respectfully. Extra time was taken with me to ensure my insurance coverage at my appointment and Dr. Laakso called herself. Dr. Laakso explained things carefully and clearly and answered all of my questions and went above and beyond my expectations.
