Hearing aid problem
I go to the Covington office and they take such good care of me. They are knowledgeable, efficient and caring. I'm happy to be a patient.
They may have good ratings but my experience was stressful. They did not fit me correctly, the hearing aids kept falling out. I called them multiple times and it took hours for them to respond. The woman Amy was snarkey and did Not set expectations for what to expect for each visit. She pretty much pushed me out of her office as she was finished but I w as not. Very Poor Customer Service!!! Go somewhere else!
Amy was very professional, concerned about my hearing issues and clearly explained my options with my insurance.
Very helpful.
