Amy is friendly and knowledgeable and explained hearing aid and I tried.
Years of stadium concert and outdoor yardwork without ear protection, warranted a professional hearing test. I was shocked to learn that it was complementary service and not billed to medical insurance. The provider was very friendly, kind, communicated instructions well, and provided education at the end. Highly recommended!
Amy was very helpful and informative. She took time to educate as this was my first time trying on hearing aids. I was not able to purchase at this time due to budget and insurance coverage.
