Dr. Parry and her team were all very knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional! I arrived early, was examined early, and spent less than an hour to accomplish everything that needed to be done. Nice office setting, easy to find, and very professional environment. There was no talk of buying new hearing aids other than that which I instigated myself. No pressure to buy another set of hearing aids whatsoever! They were able to make the adjustments and calibrations necessary to improve my hearing experience.
I had earwax removed from my ears with the help of a video camera that allowed me to monitor the cleaning. Great experience! This was followed by a hearing test. But this was not followed up by an adjustment to my existing hearing aids. Ascent Audiology shifted to a sales pitch for new hearing aids. A second visit was scheduled to test the suitability of new hearing aids but no discussion concerning the continued use of my older hearing aids. Just had an ear cleaning and hearing test today. They use a sound proof booth and the exam was thorough. Brian explained that I had slight hearing loss and recommended yearly check ups. He also explained hearing loss and how hearing aids can help. I don’t feel I need hearing aids yet, but will return for yearly checkups.
Getting there was a joke they would not give me the address to their office called text email and they said they would send it to me. Got to office young ladies were good big smile office was nice and clean. Dr and her helper explained everything they were going to do very nice and understanding over all a very good
We had a pleasant experience with Ascent Audiology. My husband of course didn't think that he had a hearing issue. They did all of the testing and went over the results with him and explained what could be done. He agreed to hearing aids after seeing how small they were. They said that they would be in, in about 2 weeks 3 days later we received a message that they are available.
