Was greeted by a very friendly & personable receptionist who took care of me immediately. I was seen by the audiology specialist within moments. He was very clear in what my testing would be & why. He asked me questions about my concerns & the testing didn’t take that long at all! Very efficient, direct, and kind when he tested my hearing. Afterwards, he explained my results. Quick & easy! Highly recommend!

I came back to Ascent Audiology & Hearing in Goodyear, Az. and definitely much happier. I went someplace else nearby because they were in my insurance network. The front desk was not friendly and didn’t seem to care about what I needed for my hearing prescription. They were going to put me into the most expensive hearing aids, yet I did not need those. I told my wife, let’s go back to Ascent in Goodyear. My wife said they’re not in network so you’re going to pay more and I said “ I don’t care. We have to compare ”. We walked... read more

This was a great experience! Ashley and Ryan are compassionate, competent, professional, efficient and organized. My previous audiologist’s office felt like a slapdash operation. It was dreary and a place i wanted to avoid. Ascent is welcoming and cheerful and I have confidence in the care i will receive.

Modern, upscale, clean office with lots of cute Halloween decorations. Everyone was very nice and professional. I was seen at my appointment time, no waiting. Testing was quick and efficient and everything was explained to me afterward. Highly recommend!
