We had a pleasant experience with Ascent Audiology. My husband of course didn't think that he had a hearing issue. They did all of the testing and went over the results with him and explained what could be done. He agreed to hearing aids after seeing how small they were. They said that they would be in, in about 2 weeks 3 days later we received a message that they are available.

This has been a great experience . They provide exceptional customer service. From the front desk to the doctor it is beyond great. They explain everything in great detail and make you feel like you truly matter. It even smells good plus they offer coffee and water in the foyer. It gives you the home feeling so your experience is warm & welcoming. I highly recommend this audiologist and location to everyone. You will definitely be satisfied.
Excellent, receptionist friendly, and helpful. Doctor was pleasant and friendly. He knows his job and did very well. He removed wax from my ears.
The staff is helpful. All our questions were answered. The office is comfortable. We made our own decisions. We picked the best place for evaluation and hearing aids.
