Dr. Parry and her team were all very knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional! I arrived early, was examined early, and spent less than an hour to accomplish everything that needed to be done. Nice office setting, easy to find, and very professional environment. There was no talk of buying new hearing aids other than that which I instigated myself. No pressure to buy another set of hearing aids whatsoever! They were able to make the adjustments and calibrations necessary to improve my hearing experience.

Wonderful office from friendly reception to processional providers. Low, soothing music on the TV, coffee, tea or water offered. Very satisfied with service provided. Will definitely return and refer any friends or family in need.

Getting there was a joke they would not give me the address to their office called text email and they said they would send it to me. Got to office young ladies were good big smile office was nice and clean. Dr and her helper explained everything they were going to do very nice and understanding over all a very good

This place is filled with the most professional people that I have ever dealt with in my 15 years of wearing hesring aides. Everyone of the techs are awesome and Susie is so beautiful and she knows her craft come in as a client and leave as a friend. I highly recommend this company for all of yiur hearing needs.

The receptionist is wonderful. Friendly, helpful and very effective. The audiologist waiting until I arrived to tell me that in order to have an ear exam, I needed to clean my ears of any wax. That would have been very helpful information to have prior to making the trip to my appointment.
