This has been a great experience . They provide exceptional customer service. From the front desk to the doctor it is beyond great. They explain everything in great detail and make you feel like you truly matter. It even smells good plus they offer coffee and water in the foyer. It gives you the home feeling so your experience is warm & welcoming. I highly recommend this audiologist and location to everyone. You will definitely be satisfied.
The staff is helpful. All our questions were answered. The office is comfortable. We made our own decisions. We picked the best place for evaluation and hearing aids.

Was greeted by a very friendly & personable receptionist who took care of me immediately. I was seen by the audiology specialist within moments. He was very clear in what my testing would be & why. He asked me questions about my concerns & the testing didn’t take that long at all! Very efficient, direct, and kind when he tested my hearing. Afterwards, he explained my results. Quick & easy! Highly recommend!
